This week on Imperial Trouble…
Imperial Trouble Episode 75: The Sober Episode!
Bunny and Jason clean up their act and discuss the upcoming Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who crossover, leading to a comparison between the two properties. A debate rages on whether Jason’s dog resembles Batman. Swear words in comic strips and the ultimate sci-fi crossover is also discussed. - This might be my favorite episode so far, partly because at one point I say “I’m 7’ tall, I’m 400 lbs., and I fucking love Doctor Who.”
Imperial Trouble Episode 73: Mass Effect 3
Bunny and Jason welcome guest Everett Steele for an entire episode dedicated to Mass Effect 3! Topics include a ton of spoilers, the crazy ending, and what we liked and most decidedly did not like about Mass Effect 3.
Jason got the flu! So we hope you enjoy this week’s mini-episode, featuring a sci-fi story by Bunny, a tale of the occult from frequent guest Jack Walsh, and Jason’s retelling of his amazing summer, all courtesy of Write Club Atlanta.
Imperial Trouble Episode 66: Harrison Krix of Volpin Props
Bunny and Jason welcome Harrison Krix of Volpin Props. Topics include Splinter and Shredder’s suitability to raise an orphan baby, Mass Effect 3, an unlikely hamburger-based crime team, Harrison’s creative process, and Jason’s desperate behavior when his internet is disconnected.
Also, this episode features us all being major perv-oids because we are awesome.
Tom Feister was really fun to interview. We’re going to knock Joelanta’s socks off this year.
Episode 65: Illustrator, Animator and Comic Book Artist Tom Feister
Bunny and Jason welcome comic book artist Tom Feister. Topics include theories on Breaking Bad, G.I. Joe, Star Wars, Tom’s influences, Bonkers gum, and comics. Everyone answers a question about space.
For the record, Sam was at home screaming “POINTS OF ARTICULATION” when no one could think of the phrase.
Dare I say it—this is my favorite episode of Imperial Trouble yet. I horrify Jason by telling a joke about President Regan and we laugh about the fact that the Incredible Hulk is kind of a redneck.
Jason and Bunny discuss The Avengers, John Carter, and Before Watchmen. Other topics include Kim Kardashian as Slave Leia, T. S. Eliot, a Back to the Future musical, and whether Gwen Cooper will die on Torchwood.
Imperial Trouble Episode 63: Real Steel And The TARDIS Problem
Jason and Bunny discuss the Hugh Jackman movie Real Steel. Other topics include turning into a vacuum monster, robotic bartenders, Stephen King’s Maximum Overdrive, and “the TARDIS problem.”
Imperial Trouble Episode 13
Bunny McIntosh is back! For their special Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles episode, Sam and Jason say “Hasta la vista, baby” to good sound quality as they attempt a new microphone setup with semi-disastrous results. Bunny advocates military training in a secret bunker over public schooling. Jason declares Brian Austin Green “a good rapper”. Sam’s memories of Canadian education television forces him to Read All About It!

Imperial Trouble Podcast with Bunny
I had the pleasure of recording a podcast with Sam and Jason, which is exactly like talking to two funny people for an hour. I make shamefully incorrect claims… but with boldness! Just like Vladimir Putin. Listen away, dears.
Imperial Trouble on Facebook
Obviously if you don’t publicly pronounce your love of Imperial Trouble on Facebook you are missing the entire point of the internet (besides it being a place to get Russian brides. BUT AT WHAT PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EMOTIONAL COST?!?!?).
Because the universe shineth upon me, I just had the MAGICAL PRIVILEGE of recording a podcast episode of Imperial Trouble with Jason and Sam. We discussed my most dorky personal passions, and I accidentally answered “Insurrection” instead of “First Contact” when put on the spot about Star Trek movies. 2011, YOU ARE ALREADY A BANNER YEAR.
It will air soon, and I will link it from this very website.
yrz,
Bunny
